James Consultancy was founded in 2011 to address the growing need for Corporate Governance. Many companies are not operating higher than their 50%, just by increasing another 10%, imagine how much profits will that bring to the company. We are helping companies to be more productive and profitable.

Our main mission is to help companies reach 80% of their potential. In order to do this, we first understand the needs and requirements of the company, before designing our game plan.
